Colouring spots
As I'm pretty stumped for ideas at the moment, I'm opening up a couple of colouring slots. I'll colour your linearts + make your sketches into linearts if need be. I'm gonna open 3 spots up so if you've got a sketch or a lineart you want me to colour (cuz lord knows i need the practice) so yeah. Anyone intersted, just post a comment here or a link to your sketch and I'll get right on it.

Is fanart.. art?
Yeah I'm getting back into fanart.. *Stabs self* Though.. I've noticed on DA, obvious pointout that fanart does tend to get more views, thats something I dont usually agree with because well... Copying another artists style isnt my thing. I believe that everyone should express their own style, and pageviews shouldnt matter in the first place anyway... I dont like generic art - I'm an abstract expressionist. If you've seen my paintings in real life you'll see that theyre very.. expressionist. I hate conforming to society, but the reason that I guess I do fanart is because I feel inspired by the artist style but dont mimic it exactly. The thing I've noticed with the people who get a lot of views is that.. their art is EXACTLY like the artist theyre mimicing.. no distinct twinges, no trademarks of their own and that bugs me. Though I'm not saying all artists do this... Hell my favourite artists on DA use the characters but express it in their own style. So yeah, the people I respect the most on DA.. are those who express themselves and dont try to be generic.
